A Musical Tu Bishvat Seder

January 27 @ 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Join us for an exploration of the mystical world of Tu Bishvat through song. Weaving together traditional elements of the kabbalistic Tu Bishvat seder with music, ritual and sound, Hadar’s Rising Song Institute will celebrate the New Year of the Trees with an exciting group of musicians and artists, including Anat Halevy Hochberg, Koach Baruch Frazier, Yoni Battat, Rebekka Goldsmith and Batya Levine. How magnificent that we have a day in the Jewish cycle that honors the new year for trees. Let’s welcome it together.

We’re happy to partner with organizations across North America to present this musical seder: Danforth Jewish Circle (Toronto), Hinenu: The Baltimore Justice Shtiebl, Kavod Boston, Kehilla (Bay Area), Kohenet, Kol Tzedek (Philadelphia), Linke Fligl (Millerton, NY), New Synagogue Project (DC), Reconstructing Judaism, Shir Tikvah (Minneapolis), T’chiyah (Detroit), Urban Adamah and Wilderness Torah (Bay Area).

CART (live) captioning will be provided.
