In-person yoga with Stephanie Shalit

$10The best thing you can do at lunch every Wednesday is join us for yoga. Class is tailored to the interests and skills of participants, so if you’ve never done yoga before or you are doing your thousandth downward dog, you’ll be sure to find something meaningful to enjoy. Small class size means you’ll get lots of individual attention, and you’ll end the class stronger, with better posture and a clearer mind. That’s a lot of benefits for only an hour of your time!
Stephanie Shalit has been teaching Vinyasa Yoga for over 20 years, beginning in New York City in yoga studios, gyms and homes. Upon moving to Chicago, she and her husband opened a gym uptown where she taught and managed the yoga curriculum until the pandemic when they sold their business.
She trained with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Bryan Kest and most recently Core Power Yoga. She teaches all levels from the absolute beginners to the advanced practitioners and loves every minute of it.
Cost per class is $10. $5 of which will be donated to an Israel related charity.
