Makom Presents: Bob Ross Shabbat
April 21 @ 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Join us for a night of creativity, music, friendship, and an all around awesome Shabbat experience. This month we’re mixing a silly theme with a soulful service. There will be:
– Paint by numbers
– Relevant, beautiful, (short) services (both for people who love Jewish spiritual moments and for people who feel allergic to them)
– Thai food
– Extraordinary live music
– Gin & Tonics (and mocktails too)
If *any* of those things sound appealing to you, please join us for Bob Ross Shabbat!
This event is open to all! The cost to attend is free for Temple Sholom members, and $18 for non-Temple Sholom members.*
We will gather and enjoy snacks & signature cocktails and mocktails from 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM, a warm, creative service from 7:00 PM – 7:40 PM, and a feast of Thai food from 7:40 PM – 9:00 PM.
We often reach capacity for our events. Because of this, we strongly recommend registering by Thursday, April 20 at 10:00PM, in order to secure your spot. If you have dietary restrictions, please register at least 5 days in advance in order to help us best welcome you and accommodate your needs. Thank you in advance!
We can’t wait to see you there!
*We charge a small fee in order to subsidize the cost of this event, but finances should never be a barrier to participation. If the fee for this event is cost-prohibitive for you, please reach out to Rabbi Singer at firstname.lastname@example.org or Jude Kamler at email@example.com to discuss options.
