Mind, Body and Soul: Coping Through COVID- Healthy Body, Healthy Life

Join Women’s Board for the second of a three-part series. Our second program will focus on ways to keep your body healthy. We will highlight the importance of fueling your body with nutritional foods as well as stretches and movements to open your muscles and joints. Don’t miss this worthwhile evening to discuss healthy coping strategies through this difficult time.
