Looking for a deeper connection with your peers? Struggling with feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression or being overwhelmed? Longing for a safe environment to share, learn, and get support? Join YLD + JCFS Chicago for a 6-week online support group to discuss and reflect on the unique challenges of this past year. Led by Mental Health and Grief Specialist, Laurie Garber-Amram, LCSW, we’ll also discuss how to move forward incorporating accessible mindfulness practices and research-based self-care strategies to both reinforce resilience and promote a sustained sense of well-being.
Laurie Garber-Amram, LCSW is a Mental Health and Grief Specialist at JCFS Chicago. Prior to joining JCFS, she worked as a psychotherapist in private practice for 25 years. In 2015, she became a Mindfulness Instructor certified through the Institute of Jewish Spirituality, and she is an educator at Orot: Center for New Jewish Learning.
