This year laid bare the painful truth that the climate crisis is not some far off threat, but a clear and present danger. From coast-to-coast – from hurricanes in the southeast to wild fires in the northwest to heatdomes nearly everywhere – extreme climate events ravaged lives, homes, businesses, and our future.

We cannot wait to demand bold action from policymakers. Elected officials at all levels have the power to confront the climate crisis and protect our communities — or continue to send us down a path of destruction and harm.

We believe that our economic and political systems should respond to the needs of every person, reflect our values, and empower everyone regardless of their race, income, or zipcode. In order to achieve real democracy, we need to mobilize and empower people to participate. Please join us.
