Senior Sobriety Support

Every addiction recovery journey is unique…while also sharing common experiences and concerns. The Senior Sobriety Support Group is a compassionate, confidential time to talk about the uniqueness as well as the commonality of being a Jewish older adult in recovery. In addition, we will read and discuss materials by Jewish recovery thought leaders, such as Rabbi Dr. Abraham Twerski, Harriet Rosetto, Rabbi Mark Borovitz, and Rabbi Paul Steinberg.
Jewish older adults (60+) from all religious, spiritual, and recovery backgrounds are welcome. We will meet online, allowing individuals from any region to join. There is no fee for participation.
Attendance at all ten (10) sessions is strongly encouraged. This virtual group will meet via Zoom weekly, every Tuesday from January 11, 2022 – March 15, 2022.
