About Eden Pearlstein: Eden Pearlstein is a poet, publisher, multi-media artist, and rogue scholar based in Brooklyn, NY. Along with Rabbi Shir Yaakov and Hazzan Basya Shachter, Eden is a co-founder and creative director of Darshan, a musical-midrash project that mashes up ancient Hebrew and Aramaic texts with esoteric rap commentaries and world-soul musicality. In collaboration with Tom Haviv, Eden is also a co-founder and editor-in-chief of Ayin Press, an experimental Jewish publishing project, research collective, and production studio. Eden holds 2 Master’s Degrees from Jewish Theological Seminary of America, one in Jewish Philosophy and one in Experiential Education.
