Join our seven-week creative spiritual journey through counting the Omer. This year, we will explore different elements of our relationship with the Earth as we move through each week of counting the Omer. As we move from liberation to revelation, we will together connect to the potency of this time in the Jewish calendar. Through our sessions, we will reconnect with the natural world around us, explore our relationship with the Divine, deepen our personal reflective practice, and open ourselves to receive wisdom anew.
During these weekly 90-minute, virtual sessions we’ll use the Jewish Studio Process, a unique methodology combining practices from the field of art therapy with a reimagined approach to Jewish learning, to cultivate our inherent creativity as a spiritual practice. This series will be facilitated by Rabbi Bec Richman.
Note: Counting the Omer is a Jewish practice of ritually marking each day from Passover to Shavuot as a form of spiritual preparation and anticipation for the receiving of Torah.
