“For the Land that you are about to enter is not like the Land of Egypt”: Passover Learning with EcoJews

Join Base Logan Square and EcoJews for an evening of learning, diving deep into the interconnect between the Passover narrative and its relationship to the rabbinic ecological imagination. Through an exploration of texts from the Torah, Talmud, and Midrash, we will explore themes of vulnerability, power, and visions of justice that are all bound up in rabbinic discourses of rain. Come and explore these texts and questions together. As always there will be something to drink and delicious to nosh on! Address and details provided the evening before the event.
