From Narrowness to Expansiveness: A Mindful Exploration of Freedom

April 3 @ 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Registration is open for a new Pesach course
With Rabbi Genevieve Greinetz
by Or HaLev & Pardes North America

We are approaching Passover, our holiday of liberation. As the Hasidic master the Sefat Emet teaches, in order to be liberated, we have to know what we need liberation from. This is not always apparent! In order to move from the narrowness of our slavery in Egypt, we must first look clearly at that narrowness. What is constricting us? Where are we enslaved? Only then can we open up to the expanse of our freedom.

Come and explore Jewish texts and mindfulness practices for an embodied and heartfelt experience of Pesach liberation that you can take into your daily lives and offer to loved ones at your Seder!

Mondays, March 6 (Taanit Esther), 13, 20, 27, April 3, 10 (Chol Hamoed Pesach)

At 9-10am PT / 12-1pm ET / 5-6pm UK / 7-8pm Israel // on Zoom
