Immigration Learning Session

Join YLD’s Community Affairs Committee for an evening of learning about immigration and connecting with local leaders on the topic. We will be joined by Carlos Jaramillo, Chief Operating Officer of Instituto del Progreso Latino (IDPL), to learn more about immigration in Chicago and the work IDPL does to support migrants in our city. We will be collecting new or gently used games and toys for immigrant children in shelters around Chicago, and dinner will be provided.
