On Repentance and Repair: Making Amends in an Unapologetic World with Rabbi Danya Ruttenberg, JRC Days of Awe Scholar in Residence
September 12 @ 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Free
We are thrilled to be joined by Rabbi Danya Ruttenberg, a well known, award-winning author and writer who serves as scholar in residence at the National Council of Jewish Women. She was named by Newsweek as a “rabbi to watch” and a “faith leader to watch” by the Center for American Progress. The author of several books, Rabbi Danya has been published in the New York Times, the Washington Post, The Atlantic, Time, and other publications.
Rabbi Danya will read from and discuss her newest book, “On Repentance and Repair: Making Amends in an Unapologetic World,” a crucial new lens on repentance, atonement, forgiveness, and repair from harm—from personal transgressions to our culture’s most painful and unresolved issues.
