Sound Journey and Meditation for Peace

Join us for a meditation and soundbath to heal your mind to reduce pain, anxiety, tension, anger, and feelings of sadness. Current events have been devastating for all of us, let’s take some time to unplug, and slow down our minds and bodies. Now more than ever we must make sure that we come together as a community and support Israel and those displaced without homes, but also take care of ourselves during such difficult times. All proceeds will be donated to Food with Love, sending food to the soldiers, to families in need who lost their homes, to families who lost their loved ones, and to the injured in the hospitals

Rachel is trained in mindfulness, meditation, yoga and energy healing. She has implemented mindfulness programs at major companies throughout the Chicagoland area.
