Twistshops programs are non-clinical creative arts therapy-focused workshops that promote healing, relaxation, and emotional recovery through art-based interventions that are designed to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. This Twistshop welcomes individuals who have been touched by cancer or ANYONE who would like to utilize the arts as a mechanism for self-expression.
