Virtual Program | Movement to Soothe the Soul

.Join No Shame On U and Beth Lofchie Jacobson, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor, for a fitness session aimed at soothing your mind and raising your spirits. There is a strong association between physical activity and mental health. In fact, regular exercise is connected to improved mental and emotional health, including stress and anxiety relief and mood enhancement. Exercise is also a natural energy boost that promotes cardiovascular health.

Beth is going to guide attendees through a 30-minute Functional Fitness (FunFit) full-body strength and balance experience aimed at bolstering mental wellbeing. Class includes a warm-up, cardio exercise, bodyweight resistance training, and stretches to cool down. No equipment required.

Listen to your body and move your way, as together we experience the joy of movement and improved mental health.

This class is appropriate for everyone: seasoned exercisers and those who want to get physical but do not know where to start.
