Take a mental health break and bring balance to your life with yoga. No Shame On U invites you to join Mara M. Zimmerman, CYT, CHS as she leads you in a 30 minute virtual yoga class with a special focus on mental well-being and mindfulness. Take the time to calm your mind and strengthen your body. All are welcome. Open to anyone 13+; all levels. Wear what you like. No equipment needed.
