Join Artist Esti Shapiro and Base Logan Square for challah cover making! Come beautify one of the central mitzvot of Shabbat as we explore ways to decorate challah covers while using block printing, an artistic technique that uses cut or carved material to transfer ink in repeatable patterns or shapes onto fabric. Esti will demonstrate this technique and lead us in creating our own challah covers. No skill level or previous experience required! As always there will be something to drink and delicious to nosh on! Address and details provided the evening before the event.
