Melanie has been practicing yoga for the past 15+ years, but after her arm was amputated & she was diagnosed with musculoskeletal disease (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) and had to make a serious shift to her “standard” power yoga practice. Her goal is to make classes as equitable, easeful, and accessible.
