We are Makom; a place for religious, spiritual, and social connection. We are an inclusive, dynamic home for Jews in their 20s and 30s in Chicago
As we welcome Rabbi Rena Singer as Temple Sholom's dedicated 20s/30s Rabbi alongside 2020-2021 Makom Chairs Julia Logan and Liz Rosen, the board of Makom plans to expand its reach by planning new events, reviving old favorites, and increasing our involvement within the Temple Sholom community and the landscape of Chicago Jewish life. Makom is flexible and ever-changing driven by the needs, wants and relevancy to our 20s/30s community as we find meaning in the moments of our rapidly evolving world and lives.
