ChiTribe Virtual Clusters 2021

chitribe virtual shabbat clusters

The Next Round of Clusters Begins February 26th 2021!

Shabbat Clusters have gone virtual with 10 households on a each Zoom cluster. Together, we live the new normal and light the candles, say Kiddish, and Motzei (no matter what you are eating or where you are). These virtual clusters create a space for you to experience Shabbat as part of a community, even during a global pandemic.

What do you expect from Virtual Clusters?

While pre-pandemic people celebrated Shabbat in many places, ChiTribe is making Shabbat virtual. If you are interested in finding a great community to share a meal with and light the candles with, virtual clusters are the move. Each session will have an ice breaker and an activity including guess whose baby picture Shabbat, would you rather Shabbat, Codename Shabbat, and more.

When Are Virtual clusters?

Every cluster will take place 6 different nights from 7 PM-8 PM, every other Friday night. ChiTribe has been hosting virtual clusters throughout the Pandemic. Now we are expanding the crew!

How are Clusters formed?

Clusters are formed based on location, age, and will be taking place every other week Zoom (after sundown**). Each cluster will have 10-12 participants and a Shabbat Cluster leader. We are looking for volunteers to lead our clusters! Just let us know you are interested when you register.

How much do Clusters Cost?

The cost for 6 sessions of ChiTribe virtual clusters is $36. All the proceeds from the registration cost goes to supporting ChiTribe programming. If the fee is cost-prohibitive to you, please let us know at Rebecca@ChiTribe.org and we will work with you to make it accessible. Clusters begin February 19th, 2021 and continue through May.
