Where did you grow up?
Highland Park, IL
What did you do Jewish growing up?
I went to Hebrew School, had my Bar Mitzvah, and celebrated Chanukah.

University of Wisconsin-Madison & Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in California.
What do you do for work?
I am a Psychiatrist and started a mental health clinic, Brightland Health. Our Therapists and Psychiatrists make a difference by helping people overcome difficult times. Through talk therapy and/or medications we allow individuals to optimize their quality of life.
What do you do Jewish now?
I go to Jewish events and Schmooze.
What is your favorite way to spend Shabbat?
Top three things on your Chicago bucket list?
1. Ice skating at Maggie Daley Park
2. Architecture Tour
3. Check out every museum in Chicago once.
What is your favorite Jewish Chicago event?
The “Bar Mitzvah” bash
What do you do for fun/to relax?
Rollerblading by the lake, comedy shows, trying new restaurants & photography.

What have you learned about yourself throughout the course of the pandemic?
I learned that I can help people by remaining hopeful for the future.
How do you stay motivated during the pandemic?
I set new goals regularly and strive for continuous improvement.
