A Widow’s Strength: Hadas Loewenstern’s Journey of Courage and Inspiration

September 12 @ 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM

There are moments that leave us speechless, tragedies that shake the very foundations of our world. Hadas Loewenstern knows this pain all too well. Recently, she lost her husband, Elisha, a hero who bravely sacrificed himself while rescuing soldiers in Gaza.

But amidst the grief, Hadas found the strength to turn her pain into a powerful message of resilience.

This Thursday, September 12th, just days before her eldest son’s Bar Mitzvah, Hadas will be here in Wilmette.

Why You Should Attend:

  • A communal hug: By showing up in large numbers, we can demonstrate our support for Hadas and her family during this difficult time.
  • A space for mourning: In a world that often feels overwhelming, this event offers a chance to come together and mourn the loss of a fallen hero. We all need a space to process our emotions and find solace.
  • A reminder of our own strength and resilience: Hadas is a true heroine, a woman who embodies the human spirit’s ability to overcome adversity. She doesn’t shy away from the pain, but she also offers hope.

This isn’t just another lecture. It’s a chance to be inspired, and to connect with someone who has walked through fire and emerged stronger. It will stay with you long after the event.

Please RSVP today: ChabadWilmette.com/Hadas. All proceeds will benefit the Voices of Valor Project, supporting widows of the October 7th War.

$18 in advance, $25 at the door
