How do you identify who to communicate with? How do you begin the conversation in a non-awkward way? What can you talk about & how can you make sure to keep the conversation going? How do you bring up ‘the ask’ & define next steps? What is a good way to gracefully end the conversation and follow-up on open action items?
Alice Chudnovsky leads digital, business, and technology strategy at Siemens. She is focused on international projects and all sorts of people and organization topics.
