Play Pickleball with the Jews of Chicago

ChiTribe is excited to announce our newest co-ed sports opportunity for Summer 2023: Chicago’s FIRST and ONLY Jewish Pickleball League. All summer long on Tuesday nights at the Salt Shed starting June 20th. This is a fully Jewish league, offering a unique opportunity for Jewish young adults to come together and enjoy a fun and competitive sport that is all the rage at the Jewish retirement communities in Florida.

The Salt Shed, one of Chicago’s newest music venues, will host the outdoor games on Tuesday nights, complete with music, lights, and refreshments. The league will consist of six guaranteed outdoor matches, including five regular season matches and one playoff match. The winning team will receive Player Sports championship apparel, and team shirts will be provided to all players during the first week #branding!

Get Involved with the Jewish Pickleball League

Participants can sign up as a team or as an individual, and each match will consist of three sets played in 45 minutes. Rosters are due by week two of the league, and space is limited, so sign up now. The cost per team is $250.00, or $125.00 per person for individuals. If you sign up by May 1st, ChiTribe will subsidize your registration fee.

The ChiTribe Pickleball League is an excellent opportunity for Jewish young adults to engage in a fun, social, and competitive activity while building connections with their community. The league is fully Jewish, creating a unique atmosphere for players to bond over their shared heritage and values. Pickleball is definitely the new hit with Jewish retirees and our parents, so who knows, maybe it’s time for the younger generation to start practicing Pickleball then Mahjong..
