This movement is a revolutionary approach of agriculture which aims to restore soil health and fertility, grow highly nutritious food without the use of synthetic inputs, and reverse the climate crisis.

Gabriel Gould, MA is the Executive Director of the Institute of Soil and Soul, a Jewish community farm and educational center providing organic, locally sourced produce to communities in need, educational opportunities, internships, and year-round trainings in regenerative agriculture. He received his MA in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, as well as a post graduate diploma in Regenerative Food and Farming Systems from England’s premier ecological college, Schumacher College. During the off season, he spends his time writing and composing music from his farm in Long Grove, IL.

Enjoy a taste of some of the freshly picked produce from the farm.

Support for this program has been graciously provided by The Albert and Lucille Delighter and Marcella Winston Foundation, a Supporting Foundation of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago.
