We will be offering free self-defense introductory lessons and providing refreshments. You are welcome to drop in anytime during our open hours.

In an era of rising anti-Semitism, I believe it’s important for more of us to know how to successfully defend ourselves and our community. My style was developed 400 years ago to optimize the human body for self defense.

In addition to self-defense, some extra benefits of the training are: improved joint health, denser bones, enhanced reflexes, and learning how to relax under pressure. I’ve trained a wide range of individuals ages 18-80s+.
