RJD Women’s Circle: Meditation & Sound Bath

Join RJD Women’s Circle for a night of rest, renewal and a reset for yourself!
Join Stephanie Bersh, a sound practitioner, for this evening of wellness. We will begin with breathwork practices to release stress and tension that we hold in the body. Following breathwork, we will move through a guided meditation and a sound bath experience. A sound bath is an immersive experience of meditative tones and vibrations with crystal singing bowls. Vibrational sound healing has been shown to help reduce stress, promote restful sleep, and relax tension in the body.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or a beach towel. Chairs will be provided for anyone that needs one.
Post meditation, stay and connect with friends in our community.
