Friday night with OneTable is all about feeling good, and we’re here to help you keep that magic of Shabbat, while protecting the health and safety of one another. We know that this is difficult and isolating — but we hope that anticipating Shabbat provides you with a moment to exhale.

Physical social distancing is hard – but we’re following the current health authority advice and it’s what we need to do. Please only host your household or get together virtually. During this time, we cannot allow dinners on the platform that are in-person, unless it’s for the people you live with – we’re Nourishing dinners of any size. Social distancing is crucial right now, and we’re all a part of the effort.
If you live alone, check out our resources for hosting just yourself below! Post your dinner to be in community with other solo Shabbat hosts and qualify for Nourishment for one.
WHAT’S NOURISHING AT ONETABLE THIS WEEK
May is Mental Health Awareness month, so every Tuesday this month we’ll be sharing a tool or article in this space that has helped OneTable team members take care of their mental health & bring the conversation to the Shabbat table. In partnership with The Blue Dove Foundation, we’ve created this Mental Health Shabbat Guide that we hope you and others can use at your own Shabbat table this month.
With all the Shabbat love and support,
The OneTable Team
P.S. Make sure you’re in our Shabbat Alone, Together Facebook Group and following our Instagram and Twitter to keep up with the OneTable
